Just a bit of early season discussion if anyone wants to join in..
I'll start off. My trade with Chicago and Minnesota was a dumb move on my part. Not taking into consideration how strong the draft would be next year, and how difficult it is to compete in this league and the little nuances of it, I wish I could take my first trade back. Also, Pekovic is the only player I ended up keeping from that trade. smh
Portland trades: 4th overall pick 2014 Portland #1 pick Andrea Bargnani $6,500,000 (2015) Ekpe Udoh $1,000,000 (2014, 2015x)
Chicago trades: 2nd overall pick Derrick Williams $3,300,000 (2015, 2016x) Rodrigue Beaubois $1,000,000 (2015)
Minnesota trades: Nikola Pekovic $7,000,000 (2016) Danny Green $1,000,000 (2014) 14th overall pick
---
Portland receives: Nikola Pekovic $7,000,000 (2016) Danny Green $1,000,000 (2014) Derrick Williams $3,300,000 (2015, 2016x) Rodrigue Beaubois $1,000,000 (2015) 14th overall pick

Anyone else have one they'd like to take back?

I'd like Ibaka and Kevin Martin back, was a fool to trade them for Bynum. Glad I just traded Rose for Hibbert and Rubio though, I already have Rose in 2 other leagues...

This is a GREAT idea. Kudos for the thread, Portland.

Definitely would like to have avoided the Nic Batum for Jared Dudley & Ronnie Brewer trade.
Also, man, Favors AND 2 FIRSTS for Carlos Boozer... damn.
Those are probably the two deals, with hindsight, that I really regret.

I was thinking mine would be the CP3 for Lawson, T-Rob, and 2014 1st... But Ty Lawson is looking good this year and will be much less expensive to re-sign than CP3.

I loved the Batum trade, Miege!
Huge one I would love to get back...
Harden and a first.... that could net so much more now.

On the flip side, I do have two trades that looked pretty terrible at the time but turned out to be huge for me.
This was right before the 10-11 season in which Eric Gordon really boosted his value, but the coup was getting Ty before he really took off. Jamario for Ronnie Brewer was basically a wash. Ironically, I would make a terrible deal to trade Ty Lawson and other parts for J-Kidd, but then traded FOR Lawson again in the offseason. Really unusual.
Then this past offseason its like everything I touched via trade turned to gold:
I moved Al Jefferson, Carlos Boozer, Omri Casspi and Jordan Hill for James Harden, Andrew Bogut and Ray Allen.
Then flipped Allen for Thad Young, Brandon Rush, and Jared Dudley.
Traded Eric Gordon (played half the season) for Valanciunas and Odom.
Man, last offseason was a really good trade period.

This would have to be my worst trade;
December 9, 2011
Charlotte trades: Ryan Anderson $1,409,040 (2012, 2013x) Enes Kanter $2,400,000 (2015,2016x)
Houston trades: Nick Young $500,000 (2014) WAS 2012 1st round pick
Got absolutely nothing out of Young - the pick became Jeremy Lamb (remains to be seen but the potential is there)
And we know Ryno can drain the three and Kanter has player just waiting to breakout
Would like to have taken this one back
