Nets are gonna win, but Bulls - Rockets is going down to the wire. You only need one block to flip it. Also Bulls won. WOW

Yeah, I should have just tried to win on turnovers, but I've never liked sitting healthy players to do that, particularly when there is another category up for grabs. Hopefully I've learned my lesson.

The West continues to extend it's advantage on the East, moving to 31-21 on the year. However, that's not the big story. The big story here is how the playoff races in both conferences are going haywire. Upsets and surprise results have turned this playoff race into the closest we've had in league history. This week's recap...
Chicago (5-5) over Houston (8-2), 5-4 This week's biggest upset goes to the Chicago Bulls, who came from behind to stun the Houston Rockets on the final day. After last week's loss, it looked like the Bulls would go winless on their west coast road trip, all but dashing their playoff hopes. However, the Bulls managed to pick up 15 more assists than the Rockets on Sunday to win that category by 2 and flip the match-up. It was a down week for Nikola Vucevic, but Andre Drummond made up for it by averaging 14-15 and picking up 7 blocks and 7 steals. The Rockets were hurt by the schedule more than anything. Nikola Jokic only played 2 games on the week, and he was ejected in the third quarter of the second one. Kawhi Leonard only had 3 games, and he was held out for rest purposes in one. The good news for Houston is Emmanuel Mudiay has cemented himself as a starter, putting up two 30-point games on the week. Chicago is now back in the playoff picture, and their game this week against Colorado is about as big as a game can get. There is currently a three-way tie between Chicago, Colorado and Tampa Bay, and both the Bulls and Swannies have already beaten the Bull Sharks. The winner of this one will have a leg up for the final spot. For Houston, their five-game win streak comes to an end, and they are now behind Memphis for the top seed in the West. They'll get Orlando next, then the top seed will be decided when they take on the Grizzlies.
Kansas City (5-5) over Seattle (6-4), 5-4 Another Sunday comeback, this one vaunting the Kings back into the playoff picture. Kansas City entered the final day trailing Seattle by 5 rebounds and 8 steals. The Kings racked up 40 rebounds and 11 steals to flip both categories and hand the Sonics a shocking loss. Larry Nance Jr. has burst onto the fantasy scene since getting into the starting lineup, and he averaged 15-12-4-2-1 on the week. Kevin Durant was awesome again (29-8.5-5) and Tomas Satoransky made the most of his surprise start this week (17-9-4). The Kings now own wins over the Jazz, Sonics and Thunder, which will go a long way in their hunt for the playoffs. Next up is another huge game against a conference foe, the Golden State Warriors. Seattle looked primed to rip off a nine-game win streak. Instead, it ends at 4, and they are now tied for the division lead with the surging Jazz. The good news for Seattle is they already have the tiebreaker against Utah, and their next game is against the Gamblers.
Oklahoma City (4-6) over Washington (4-6), 5-4 It was the week of the comeback, and the Thunder kept their slim playoff hopes alive by flipping free throws on Sunday. The Wizards were 13/19 from the line, while the Thunder were 17/20, and that proved to be the difference. Luka Doncic continues to amaze, as the rookie averaged 24-6-7 on the week to help the Thunder get within two games of the last playoff spot. The Thunder are still alive, though their losses to Minnesota, Portland and Kansas City are going to make things tough. Still, they have a chance with 6 weeks left, despite all the injuries and inexperience. Their next game is against the suddenly struggling Hawks. For Washington, it was a really tough loss, but they are still very much alive. They're only one game back, and their signings of Tim Frazier and Thomas Bryant have looked pretty good. Their next opponent is Cleveland.
Brooklyn (8-2) over Boston (7-3), 5-3-1 Week 10's game of the week lived up to the billing, as the Nets and Celtics battled back and forth until the very last game. Boston entered the final day trailing by 7 threes, but managed to briefly flip the category with one half left to play. The problem is the Nets managed to flip blocks and maintain their 5-4 advantaged. In the final two minutes, both LeBron James and Jaren Jackson Jr. hit threes to tie the category and put the finishing touches on a Brooklyn win. The Nets have now won 6 straight and are in the driver's seat in the North division. James Harden was great, putting up 39-9-5 and hitting 23 threes. LeBron James nearly averaged a triple-double, putting up 27-13 with 9.7 assists. Pascal Siakam also continued his most improved player campaign (19-8-3-2). The Nets will go for 7 straight against Utah. The Celtics came up one three and one block short, and it's hard to argue that Nikola Mirotic's absence wasn't the difference. Had he played, the Celtics likely would have won this one. Brook Lopez tried his best to keep the Celtics in the blocks category (11), but he didn't get much help there. If there was a comeback player of the year award, it would likely go to Danilo Gallinari, who has been awesome this year and was again this week (25 ppg). The Celtics have now lost 2 of 3 and head into a big-time match-up with the Tampa Bay Bull Sharks.
Tampa Bay (5-5) over Minnesota (6-4), 5-4 Speaking of Tampa Bay, the Bull Sharks are rolling and a division title is not yet out of the question. They took advantage of a banged up Wolves team, and were buoyed by the play of DeAndre Ayton (24-16.5) and Russell Westbrook (16-12-12.5-4), to get back to .500. It was their third straight win, and it sets up another must win against Boston. It looked like the Bull Sharks were left for dead following a loss to Colorado, but here they are tied for the last spot, and just two back of the Hawks (a team they've already beaten). The schedule down the stretch isn't easy, but it's manageable. Minnesota, on the other hand, might be in a bit of trouble. Tyreke Evans, Mitchell Robinson, and James Ennis are all banged up. JaVale McGee has been out with pneumonia, and Chris Paul will miss a few weeks with a hamstring strain. The injuries couldn't have come at a worse time for Minnesota, as the schedule is about to get nasty. Next up is Memphis (banged up but still winning). The last five are all against playoff contenders. It's been a great season for Minnesota thus far, and if they make the playoffs, they will have definitely earned it.
Utah (6-4) over Atlanta (7-3), 6-3 The Jazz are rolling, winning their fourth straight to vault back to the top of the division. Utah didn't have anyone that stood out on the week, but everyone turned in solid performances. Utah's next game is tough, the Nets, but they've proven to be incredibly resilient. The real story here might be Atlanta's struggles of late, dropping 2 of 3. That said, they're getting healthy, their next game is against OKC, and the schedule isn't all that difficult down the stretch. 10 wins should guarantee a playoff spot, and they would be favored in their next three.
Memphis (9-1) over Colorado (5-5), 7-2 This one was much closer than the score indicated, as Memphis won by one turnover, one steal, and one made field goal. It was a borderline miraculous performance for the Grizzlies, who lost SIX players for a full week due to injuries. We talked about him last week, but he played so well he's worth mentioning again here. Paul George has been INCREDIBLE this year, and he put up 35-11-5, knocked down 16 threes and swiped 10 steals. Once again, he's a dark horse for fantasy MVP, and given the way he's carried the Grizzlies through all these injuries, he is absolutely deserving. The Grizzlies have now won 8 in a row and face a beat up Timberwolves team. The Swannies looked like they had a real shot to pull this off going into the weekend, until it all collapsed. It's hard to pinpoint a specific moment where they lost, the Grizzlies did just enough on Saturday and Sunday to get the win. Now Colorado and Chicago will face off in the game of the week, with the winner firmly in the driver's seat for the playoffs.
Golden State (4-6) over Orlando (2-8), 6-3 The Warriors hung on by one steal and three turnovers to keep their playoff hopes alive in a tough Western Conference. The win snapped a four-game losing streak. Robert Covington turned in a big week with 12 threes and 11 steals. Yogi Ferrell is also playing again, which is a boon for the Warriors. Golden State gets Kansas City next, which may as well be an elimination game. Orlando might not be officially eliminated, but their next two are against Houston and Atlanta. They basically have to win out to make the playoffs, and that seems highly unlikely given their schedule.
Portland (4-6) over Las Vegas (3-7), 6-3 The Blazers looked done early in the week when it was announced that Goran Dragic would miss the rest of the (fantasy) season. Yet they rebounded to pull out the win they needed to stay alive. The next two are against Toronto and Cleveland, both they should win. John Collins looks totally healthy (19-15-4), and Tobias Harris continues to impress (27-9). There is still a chance for Portland here. Win the next two to get to .500, and it basically turns the last quarter of the season into an extended playoffs. Las Vegas is probably done. It's going to be a long summer for the Gamblers who are without their draft pick.
Toronto (2-8) over Cleveland (0-10), 6-3 Finally we have the Raptors getting their second win of the season, taking out the winless Cavaliers. Not much to say about this one that hasn't been said at some point earlier in the season. Buddy Hield was great for Cleveland. Devin Booker looked good for Toronto. The Raptors get Portland next. Cleveland goes to Washington.

With Tampa trading for Middleton, replacing one of the worst fantasy players in the league this year, JSimms, they are in a great position to make the playoffs. Seems like Westbrook has found his shot and Ayton has been awesome. 54FG% as a team on the week? Ridicolous. Still some games to be played today, but it looks like the East is going to be a mess much like the West. Projected :
BOS 7-4 HAWKS 7-4 TAMPA 6-5 BULLS 6-5 COLORADO 5-6 WIZARDS 5-6
with Brooklyn taking the conference. Pretty nice.
Colorado is in a tough spot with Wall's injury. BOS vs WAS next week, if the Wizards lose it's probably over for them.
