Since we're going back to our normal 16-game schedule, how would folks feel about backloading conference games? The way the schedule works is every team plays their conference opponents 1 time, then they play 7 random opponents from the opposite conference. I do typically try and stack 2-3 key conference games at the end of the year, but I've never really put much thought into it beyond that. But it is possible to put all 9 conference games as the last 9 games of the year and really super heat that playoff race.
Thoughts?

Sounds like a nice plan.

OK, I got really into the schedule and it's been uploaded to ESPN. Just ignore the 17th week as it will be an exhibition for all but 4 teams since that is the "play-in" game. All conference and division games have been backloaded, so the first 7 weeks are "interleague" games. I also tried to make week 16 "division championship" week, though, undoubtedly, a team or two will bite me for putting them in that game. Check it out!
(And if you notice your team playing anyone twice, let me know)
