Jalen Williams is a sneaky big loss for Toronto, but damn are the Knicks banged up. It's tough, also please give me January Christian Wood back... Embiid is insane tho

Checking in on the conference finals
Portland leads Colorado, 5-4 Injuries may be sinking Colorado's chances as we head into the second week. Despite playing 100 more minutes than Portland, the Swannies trail, 5-4, and at least two of the categories appear to be reaching the point of no return. The second week will not get off to the best start, with both Myles Turner and Robert Williams out. Portland lost KD to a sprained ankle before he even took the floor for this one, but they'll have a significant edge tonight as they try and build their lead. The unsung hero of this one so far has to be Brook Lopez. He's managed to swat 17(!) shots in just three games, including an absurd 9-block game. The Blazers look poised to pull off their second consecutive upset and finally make it back to the Finals.
New York leads Toronto, 6-3 The Knicks made quite the end of week charge, but make no mistake, this one is very much anyone's ballgame. The only categories that feel somewhat safe right now are points, field goal percentage, and steals, with the Knicks leading the former two. The bad news for Toronto is Tyrese Haliburton is set to miss his second game in a row, as it appears the real life Pacers prefer to pick up a few more losses and avoid the play-in. With no timetable still for Morant, the Raptors may be sputtering to the finish line. On the other hand, the Knicks have gotten the MVP performance they needed out of Joel Embiid. 38.5-7-4 on 62/88 splits is just monstrous. He is single-handedly pushing these Knicks toward the finals. Can get the job done, and if he does, will LeBron be back? We'll find out soon enough.

Hmmm, Portland is pretty much safe, but I wouldn't jump the gun on Knicks-Raptors. It's pretty much 3-2 in "clinched" department with PTS, FG% and BLKs going my way and STLS + TOs for TOR. I'm leading rest of the categories after yesterday but it's still thin marigns, I think we need a day or two to declare it, but if Hali misses tonights game then I'll be gettin close for sure

Look, I don't root for teams. It makes no difference to me whether you or Toronto make it........ but I do have everything ready to go assuming you and Portland are in the Finals, and if that doesn't happen, a lot of hard work went down the drain lmao

Congrats on a great season blumberg! Sucks that you didn't have at least one of Hali/Morant to make things closer. You definitely got next. And lets do this, Portland..

Just realized that if we played these last two weeks against each other, I would've beaten Portland 5-3-1, by %0.041 in FT ☠️. If it was 4-4-1, Portland would've won on points tie breaker.

KD and Bron out is fair game so I hope PG is fine so that we can have a proper matchup
